Láeg is primarily rual.

Láeg is a crown vassal or "county" of the Kingdom of Faeland. Láeg is primarily rural with a central lowland surrounded by the Aoláin Foothills. Although today it is a quiet place, for many centuries Gaedhill, the capital, was an important bastion against incursions from the coast through the Faol Pass. So much so, in fact, that the heirs apparent of the Kingdom of Faeland are often created peers of the vassal.
