Mt. Tararat rises out of the northern Lennoian Range of the Rhomine Mountains to a height of . It is the second highest mountian in all Faeland and considered the sister of Mt. Remhora. Considered sacred since ancient times, it is shared by several crown vassals (much like Mt. Ryan's peak). In the ancient Kingdom of Calchir, the berg was known as "The Watcher" for its towering height, which blocked sight of Mt. Ryan to the southwest and commanded excellent views across The Dhíall.
